PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE
Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679
In compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, “Tiquattro di Turati Roberto & C. s.a.s.”, in its capacity as Data Controller, represented by its legal representative pro tempore, hereby informs users about the purposes and methods of processing the collected personal data, the scope of communication and disclosure of such data, and the nature of their provision.
This notice refers exclusively to the processing of personal data relating to the website www.turatit4.it.
1. PURPOSES
The collected data will be processed by “Tiquattro di Turati Roberto & C. s.a.s.” in order to respond to any requests received from you and are processed for the following purposes:
- Performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations. The processing of your data does not require your consent, as the legal basis for the processing, pursuant to applicable legislation, is the performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
- Responding to commercial requests. The legal basis for processing your data, pursuant to applicable legislation, is the fulfilment of a request made by you. Therefore, the Data Controller does not require your consent to carry out this processing.

For this processing, your consent is required, which constitutes the legal basis for the processing pursuant to applicable legislation.

Data processing is carried out through computerized procedures or other electronic means, or on paper, by specifically trained and authorized internal and/or external personnel. The data are stored in paper, computerized and electronic archives, and the minimum and appropriate security measures required by law are guaranteed.

4. PROFILING FOR MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Your personal data will not be processed for the purpose of profiling marketing communications.

– the purposes and methods of processing
– the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with electronic tools
– the identification details of the Data Controller, data processors and the designated representative
– the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives within the State territory, data processors or persons in charge of processing
The data subject has the right to obtain:
– the updating, rectification or, where interested, integration of the data
– the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that do not need to be retained for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed
– confirmation that the operations referred to above have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right
The data subject also has the right to object, in whole or in part:
– for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection
– to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials, direct sales, market research or commercial communications
7.DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSORS

The updated list of external data processors can be requested by submitting a written request to the above-mentioned Data Controller.
8.DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes listed above, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
For marketing and newsletter activities, the data will be retained until the consent is withdrawn.
9.NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
For the purposes referred to in Article 1.a) above, the provision of your personal data is mandatory. Any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible for the Data Controller to proceed.
Conversely, for the purposes referred to in Article 1.b) above, the provision of your personal data is optional. Therefore, any refusal will not prevent the Data Controller from responding to your requests, but will only prevent the possibility of informing you about offers, new products or initiatives.
For any processing of personal data falling under the cases referred to in Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679, explicit consent will be requested, as required by applicable legislation, for each specific type of personal data processing.
10.CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
